ATLANTA; Sept. 26, 2023 –Valor Hospitality Partners, a global full-service hotel management company, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the owners of the Petra Sea Resort in the Eastern European city of Batumi, Georgia. The groundbreaking partnership will mark the first master-planned, mixed-use development in the nation of Georgia and will include internationally branded resorts, serviced residents and extended stay apartments. Located on the Black Sea coast, the project will cover nearly 50 acres and include a wide variety of lifestyle food and beverage outlets, leisure and wellness facilities as well as retail spaces while offering stunning views of the coastline.
