Charlotte is an award-winning human resources executive with well over a decade of experience working within the hospitality industry. Charlotte is a HR generalist with vast knowledge of the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement & relations, and training. She has dual citizenship, both American and British, and has spent significant time working and living in both countries. Prior to her role with Valor USA, Charlotte spent 7 years working for a UK based hotel management company spearheading the HR agenda across 9 diverse hotels. Her hotel HR experience spans across brands within the IHG and Hilton portfolio, as well as other concepts such as large event destinations and boutique style offerings. She also has solid experience with hotel, bar and restaurants openings, as well as rebrands and refurbishments. Whilst in the UK, Charlotte also won multiple awards including one of the most prestigious hospitality industry awards available – the Acorn Award, presented by The Caterer.
