The Harpeth Hotel has been referred to as “one of the most anticipated developments” for the quaint and charming city of Franklin, Tennessee. Set to open downtown in summer of 2019, The Harpeth is bringing a whole new level of opportunity and excitement to the already remarkable atmosphere in Harpeth Square.
What’s to Love About The Harpeth Hotel
A boutique hotel with its own unique appeal, the opening of The Harpeth Hotel might be seen as somewhat of a historic event for the city of Franklin. The first hotel the downtown area has ever seen, The Harpeth will bring over 5,000 square feet of space featuring 119 guest rooms, upscale dining, retail, event space, and so much more.
It’s safe to say the excitement in the air is palpable. This January, The Harpeth Hotel even topped the list of “100 Irresistible Things Inviting You to Franklin in 2019” by the City Visitor’s Bureau. Here’s a closer look at two of the hotel’s most anticipated additions, an upscale dining experience and a unique coffee shop.
1799 Kitchen and Cocktails
As an ode to the city it calls “home” The Harpeth’s restaurant and bar was named after the year the city of Franklin was founded. A chef-driven, upscale eatery, 1799 Kitchen and Cocktails will add a unique dining experience to the downtown area.
McGavock’s Coffee Bar and Provisions
As is typical for this up-and-coming Franklin hotel, even the coffee is an experience all its own. A European street-style cafe, McGavock’s Coffee Bar and Provisions will offer more than your ordinary coffee shop.
