Throughout his 30-year career, Bill Alexander has been involved with over 500 million dollars of development, redevelopment, adaptive reuse, acquisition and disposition of real estate. His experience expands throughout the Southeastern United States and covers most property types.
Bill specializes in real estate development and disposition providing planning, design, entitlement, bidding, construction, and services for all types of commercial and residential developments. Subsurface tasks include extensive experience with rock, springs, unique soil conditions and other environmental resolutions. All aspects of the approval, development, and construction process are overseen by Mr. Alexander personally.
