Annabelle, originally from Montauban, France, began her career studying Hotel Management at the internationally recognized Paul Bocuse Institute of Hospitality. Annabelle brings 18 years of hospitality experience to her role, including experience in award-winning restaurants, bars, luxury and lifestyle hotels.

After graduating, Annabelle traveled extensively, beginning her career at the Hotel Majestic, a Leading Hotel of the World, in Cannes, France. Annabelle then traveled to the United Kingdom where she successfully worked in a variety of roles before moving to the U.S.A. Upon her arrival to the U.S., she worked at the Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort in Waikoloa, HI, then for Anthony Bourdain's restaurant Brasserie Les Halles and The University Club in Washington D.C. Annabelle continued to travel across the United States working in various cities including Miami, Philadelphia and Houston. Annabelle has worked at the W Hotel in Washington D.C. and most recently, The Westin Hotel Nashville, where she was a senior leader in the opening Food and Beverage team.

Annabelle specializes in Food and Beverage operations, staff recruitment, hotel and restaurant openings, training and employee development. Annabelle is a well-respected leader in the industry with a history of motivating teams to peak performance in efficiency, service and has a proven track record of building strong award-winning teams.

Annabelle is an integral part of Valor's Food and Beverage culture and as Food and Beverage Training Director, Annabelle oversees all training and development for Food and Beverage operations for Valor Hospitality.
